Adaware Renewal Terms

This plan is designed to save you time, effort and risk of our service termination, by extending your subscription automatically before it expires, at the end of the chosen subscription plan (monthly or annually, as indicated in your cart). You will receive at least one email to remind you before your subscription is automatically renewed. You may cancel such auto-renewal at any time by contacting us, using the "Contact Us" option below, or via your account settings that will be available upon purchase completion at: adaware.u-bill.com.

By clicking the “Process Payment” button below, you authorize Adaware and its payment processing provider to charge your chosen payment method for the subscription plan of your choice (as indicated in the cart), and to renew your Adaware product licenses automatically upon the expiry of your subscription term, with the then-current renewal price, as detailed in the Renewal Terms. You also confirm our Terms of Sale and Privacy Policy, linked from the footer of this page.

adaware Active Care

Automatic Renewal / Electronic Fund Transfer Authorization

By enabling the adaware Active Care Service (the "Service"), you:

Consent to have the payment information (the credit card provided at the time of the purchase) collected and stored in order to facilitate future transactions (recurring, installments or initiated by you). This information will not be used without your consent or beyond the scope of the purchased subscription nor will it be shared with a third party.

That your adaware Web Companion Pro, Web Companion Plus, adaware Pro, Total, Personal Security, Driver Manager, PC Cleaner or VPN (the "Product") license, rather than expiring at the end of your 1 month, 6months, 1 year subscription, automatically renews for 1 (one) more month or year, until the Service is terminated by you or adaware, authorize adaware Ltd. to charge, at the end of your 1 month or year subscription, the credit card or debit card account provided by you with the then-current renewal amount, authorize adaware Ltd. and its billing providers to handle and transfer any necessary billing information related to this transaction, agree with the present Terms and Conditions of the Service. This authorization will remain in effect until the Service expires or gets cancelled.

Approximately 30 days prior to your product expiration date, adaware will notify you by email to remind you that your product license will expire and give you the ability to extend it or to cancel it. Doing nothing when you receive your notification email will automatically extend your subscription (10 days prior to the expiration date) on the then-current regular price (plus applicable tax), using the billing information originally provided.

If you do not want your subscription to be renewed, you may cancel it at any time by following the instructions provided to you in the reminder email or by contacting our Customer Service. In the situation where you did cancel the Service (following the above mentioned instructions), but we failed to disable the automatic renewal, we will refund the amount charged by applying a credit to your credit card or debit card account.

Your Product license renewal may also be declined if the charge to your credit card or debit card is rejected due to card expiration, insufficient funds or other reasons. If you are covered by the Service and by the time of your Product expiration have not received your new license key, please contact our Customer Service to renew your license manually.

These Service terms are in addition to the applicable End User License Agreement of your Product. By clicking the "Process Payment" button, you agree to the foregoing terms.
